🛍️ General

• By placing an order on Trisutra, you agree to these terms
• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice

💳 Payments (Prepaid Only)

• Trisutra accepts Prepaid Payments only (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
• Due to high RTO (Return to Origin) and fraudulent orders, COD service has been discontinued
• All payments must be completed successfully before order processing

📦 Orders & Products

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if required
• Product images are for reference; slight color variations may occur due to screen settings

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Delivery takes approximately 4–7 business days
• Delays may happen due to courier or external factors

🔄 Return & Exchange

• No Return Policy
• Exchange allowed only for size issues, under conditions:
  • Product must be unused and tags intact
  • Request within 24–48 hours of delivery
• All exchange and RTO charges must be paid by the customer
• No refunds will be provided

❗ Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed or processed
• Since all orders are prepaid, no cancellation or refund is applicable

⚠️ User Responsibility

• Customers must provide correct address and contact details
• Trisutra is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information

🔒 Intellectual Property

• All content (images, designs, logos, text) belongs to Trisutra
• Unauthorized use or copying is strictly prohibited

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

• Trisutra is not liable for any indirect or unforeseen damages related to product usage or delivery delays
