Return and Exchange Policy

At Trisutra, we ensure quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

❌ No Return Policy

• We do not accept returns on any products
• Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned for refund

🔄 Exchange Policy (Size Issue Only)

We offer exchange only in case of size issues, under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must be intact (not removed)
• Exchange request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery

👉 If the product is received exactly as shown and the issue is only size-related, exchange will be allowed.

🚚 Exchange Charges

• All exchange shipping / re-delivery / RTO (Return to Origin) charges must be paid by the customer
• Trisutra will not bear any logistics cost for exchange requests

📏 Size Responsibility

• Customers are strongly advised to check the size chart carefully before ordering
• We recommend placing the order with 100% size accuracy
• Trisutra is not responsible for incorrect size selection by the customer

• Exchange is subject to stock availability
• No exchange will be accepted if:
  • Tags are removed
  • Product is used or damaged
• No refund will be provided in any case
