🚫 Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed
As all orders are prepaid, we begin processing immediately
Cancellation requests after order confirmation will not be accepted
💳 Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances
Once payment is made, it is non-refundable
🔄 Exceptions (Damaged or Wrong Product)
Refund or resolution will only be considered if:
You receive a damaged product
You receive a wrong item
👉 In such cases:
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos/videos as proof
After verification:
We may offer a replacement (exchange) if applicable
No monetary refund will be issued
🔄 Exchange Instead of Refund
In case of size issues, only exchange is allowed
All exchange/RTO charges will be paid by the customer
Product must be unused and with original tags intact
